This IG company has established itself as expert in large size
(up to 4.3m x 3m) toughening and laminating. QTG manufacture a
variety of specialist safety glasses and can deliver in accordance
with your product specifications, to meet your leadtimes. On
site facilities range from a large output toughening furnace heat
soak facilities and modern laminating line and autoclave with
additional vacuum bagging facility. Glass is available in all
thicknesses in a wide variety of shapes and sizes, with high
quality finishes enabled by the latest CNC, Waterjet, polishing and
edging technology.
QTG can produce laminated glasses incorporating speciality
interlayers such as:-
DuPont SentryGlas ionoplast interlayer which is 100
times stiffer and 5 times stonger than traditional
interlayers
Vanceva coloured interlayers which can be used
singularly or combined to produce over 1000 transparent,
translucent and opaque colour options
AC41 Acoustic interlayer for use where high levels
of sound reduction are required but there is no requirement for
safety or security.
QTG also offer a 'bespoke laminates' service where
the customer requires other materials to be encapsulated within the
interlayer
- DuPont™ SentryGlas® ionoplast interlayer which is 100

or in combination to produce over 1000 transparent, translucent and

Curved panels (both tempered and annealed) can be laminated with a
