Toughened Glass We have a wide variety of products and services which include toughened glass for buses, rail and marine transport, and architectural use. Operating from a purpose-built factory and distribution facility, our Toughened Division is equipped with state of the art horizontal glass tempering furnaces and heat soaking facilities. As part of our toughened service, we can submit glass to heat soak tests and offer additional processes such as screen printing for both decorative and practical purposes. Orders can be uplifted from the warehouse (we have full forklift and crane facilities on site) or delivered by our fleet of purpose-built, specialist toughened glass transportation vehicles with carrying capacities ranging from 1.5 tonnes to 24 tonnes. The fleet is continually on the road , delivering direct to customers within the UK and Ireland or safely to dock for onword transit to customers worldwide. Deliveries can be made loose for manual offloading or on returnable specialist metal palettes and ‘A’ frames or wooden export crates.
